Zagreb — Mission for 100 Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities
Zagreb is the only Croatian city in the European Mission for 100 Climate-Neutral Cities.
About the record
Zagreb received the EU Mission Label on 15 October 2025 on the basis of a prepared and evaluated Climate City Contract. Climate neutrality by 2030 remains a goal, and the label does not confirm its achievement. Continued knowledge exchange through NetZeroCities Cohort 5 was announced in July 2026.
